But she knows you are correct? And still chooses to drink in front of you…just think about that, who am I to tell you what to do with your life but common sense is common sense…if the tables were turned would you use/drink in front of your addict significant other?
Good luck with life.
Think about what, she isn’t an alcoholic so why shouldn’t she drink. Should all alcohol be removed from shops and bars closed down in case I walk in one.
Alcohol was never my problem it was my solution. I was the problem and now I’m not.
Wtf are you on here complaining about then if there’s no problem? Ignorance is bliss for some I guess.
Good luck
Didn’t realise I was complaining and also stated I wasn’t arguing. Your opinion is interesting and valid but not the cold truth.
Please remember to be supportive and encouraging. Your post is neither of these
Yes, it’s dumb, and ironic. I hope you can find some hope, strength and peace most of all in the truth that you have the power to not continue the chain. You have the power to say “no” to the drink that matters, the first drink. Do this and you defeat alcohol, because without the first drink, there won’t be a second or third or eighth.
