I've been 116 days clean

I have been 116 days clean today first time in my life.

About feeling: just dont know, sometimes up sometimes down, up and down all the time

Back again? No, I don’t think so. I left them behind me.

Afraid? Yes, I do for going back drugs again, God help me pull through this…

Congratulations on your 116 days clean! That is a huge accomplishment. I am really scared about going back to drugs / alcohol too. That’s what keeps me sober is that healthy fear. Just know God has your back.
