Joe and Charlie tapes

I listened to them years ago on cassette. My brother told me about an app and they are on there. I just started listening to them again and what a great way to hear the big book and laugh with them. :blush: I am grateful my brother is getting sober also and bringing back all the newness this old dog used to feel!

Joe and Charlie tapes were great listening! My all time favorite is Bob D. and Scott L. “ from surrender to a spiritual awakening”. I had a spiritual experience listening to a part in one of those tapes. Most of it hit close to home on how I am/ was feeling. But the experience was so profound, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, it was a pivoting point in my life/ sobriety. I finally trusted that my higher power exists, and has been looking out for me this whole time, and will continue to be there for me. For someone who had no hope for half my life. I got my hope back thanks to my higher power. And I am grateful for it :+1:t3::call_me_hand:t3:

Yes joe and Charlie tapes are awesome thanks to my sister and a few friends that introduced me to them. Wisdom at its best thank you all

Thanks! I will check that out. Dr. Taworski (not sure of spelling) founder of Gateway rehab and therapist to thousands of us has some good talks. Those of us from Pittsburgh had the blessing of hearing him at breakfast seminars.

Lol yes, he is an interesting guy. He wrote a ton of books also.
