I don’t want to go into much detail. I’ve been doing this for too long and need some help. I’ll make daily posts here until I can get to 30 days sober. Let’s hope today is day 1.

try to make up a plan for your day. Post here if you are struggling before you open the bottle. I can hope for good weather which is out of my control. I am sure I won’t drink today. There is no alcohol in my house. I know the outcome of me drinking. I know I like myself so much better being sober. I don’t drink today.
