Idk how many of you are on Facebook, but there is this woman named Tiffany who posts hilarious parenting videos that are always viral. I was today years old when I learned she is an addict. So I started researching her more and found her website. She does lots of guest posts from other addicts/alcoholics who share their stories. I thought y’all would like it as much as I do!

Yeah I stumbled across a sponsored video of hers about enablers, and was floored! Idk how I hadn’t learned about that side of her before, but I’ve been reading her blog all morning!
Yes love her!!! Love her authenticity surrounding addiction too! I think it’s neat she originally got “fame” for her funny takes on parenting and uses the platform to help normalize addiction. Lots of respect for her ️

Crying is so cathartic for me. I purposely watch things to make me cry lol
I avoid crying at all costs lol!! Had counseling yesterday and she’s like I don’t know who you’re going to tell but you have got to talk and cry! Lol I did it today at an aa meeting lots of tears but it was good just so uncomfortable for me and different to feel emotions and not change them numb them or judge them lol
