Since the wall push up aren’t very challenging for me but like I said the others were causing shoulder pain so I’m doing the number from the chart twice a day ( that might change once I get to those 80 days etc) . So yesterday 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening. This morning I did 24 and I’ll do 24 in the evening.

I hate push-ups but they are such a great bodyweight exercise you can do anywhere with no equipment.
Reading that others (myself included) have been getting shoulder injuries I share that I start with shorter drop push-ups to warm the shoulders up then increase to full range as I’m going. Rather than starting strong and finishing weak, I reverse it and start “weak” and end strong with solid form. For me this has really lessened/removed shoulder injury altogether.

Normally pushups are part of my cardioboxing training but today we made none, it happened first time since I started my kickboxing adventure 3 months ago. So I had to make them at home anyway.
