Hello just checking in since the last time I posted when I relapsed and first joined this community.
I’ve now been sober for almost 16 days and hiked up a mountain for 5 hours today.

Outside in the forest, listening to critters and other stuff is my favorite place. Near water I think is great too. Glad you’re here and please keep stacking up the days. One at a time
