Lately I have been in my head but I took the advice I got from here n my support network and things are alright. So I say if your doing the sober thing today or your coming back or your just need some words of encouragement or your a day counter or if your struggling drop a selfie say hi tell me your day count. If someone can hate for no reason why can’t we love for no reason love you all n I’m proud of the hardwork you are doing. Grateful for another sober day.

Great to hear from you. I’m the hour by hour and day by day. That’s how I survive. Doing good for just a little over two months of sobriety after 35 complete years of stupidity. Glas to meet you and so good to hear your doing well.
