I’ve amazingly managed to plod all the way to 90 days, 3 months, I can hardly believe it. Over the past couple of years I’ve wanted to cut down/give up but didn’t think I could, I was so scared of failing that I didn’t dare try.
So, thanks everyone, reading your stories, successes, relapses, life stories and encourging words has completely got me where I am. I couldn’t have done it without you

I remember getting close to that 90 and struggling a bit. It felt so amazing to get past it. Onward and upward my friend. Truly amazing what one little day at a time can do.
