Hello, guys! I’m new here but I’m definitely not new to porn, sex and masturbation addiction, I fell into this crap since I was like 12 or 13 years old and now I’m almost 30 and I don’t know how I can control it, because My masturbation behavior affected my sexual life as well and I don’t know what to do, all I’m asking from you guys is some help like a mentor or however anyone can act over me so that I can feel like I’m no longer lonely and alone, thank you guys for your time for me.

Addiction to porn, masturbation, and sex is relatively common but many people feel ashamed or afraid to talk about it. It is a good first step to reach out for support.
