i was doing good then fell off then was off an on then it just went down hill feeling like crap

I think you’re doing good by being here. Now, we focus on today till tomorrow gets here & we do it again. To not try again is the only way we fail. Glad you’re here.

I found I could not stop because I am an alcoholic. And without a spiritual solution, a connection to a greater energy, I could not stay stopped on my own.

I feel you. I’ve been trapped in the same hell. I just hit day four late tonight and I can’t sleep. Only have to make it 39 more minutes until the store is closed. Reading the big book I just picked up today. I’m surrendering. I can no longer do this alone. You can find your way. I have to believe that we all can.
