Just writing about tonight

Im not relapsing tonight, the tag refers to where ive been.

A while back i used to set a timer every day for 15 min to clean whatever and that did make things better. I got some laundry done today and found something i was looking for, but id like to set the timer again tonight before i sleep. I dont have anyone to talk to so ill say here, im going to do it. Set a timer for 15 min and put on some music and make myself make the room look even a little better.
It wont change how much Worse everything is but it will save time tomorrow and next week.

I hope you managed to use those 15 minutes productively. It sounds like a good technique, set ab achievable goal and work towards that. :purple_heart:

I like that idea. Sometimes I struggle to pick myself up and get things done, so this could be a nice little life hack. Thank you for sharing.

I am glad you posted this here. Did you enjoy your 15 minutes? On days that Iā€™m feeling super low and have no motivation I do a similar exercise and make myself do whatever tasks I can get done in a set time frame. Some days it is 5 min and others maybe 1/2 hour. It really does help me to move around, focus on something else than what i have been wallowing in and some tasks get accomplished :smile:
