A while back i used to set a timer every day for 15 min to clean whatever and that did make things better. I got some laundry done today and found something i was looking for, but id like to set the timer again tonight before i sleep. I dont have anyone to talk to so ill say here, im going to do it. Set a timer for 15 min and put on some music and make myself make the room look even a little better.
It wont change how much Worse everything is but it will save time tomorrow and next week.
I am glad you posted this here. Did you enjoy your 15 minutes? On days that Iām feeling super low and have no motivation I do a similar exercise and make myself do whatever tasks I can get done in a set time frame. Some days it is 5 min and others maybe 1/2 hour. It really does help me to move around, focus on something else than what i have been wallowing in and some tasks get accomplished
