Something about Day 4. It was difficult for me too. I’m on Day 5 and can say through “experience” that you’ll get through this. Remember why you’re doing this :v:t2:

It’s easier to stay sober than it is to get sober.
Meetings were and still are a huge help for me.

Getting through the hard days are so rewarding. Push! You can do this! Steer yourself toward something comfortable or constructive and don’t be idle if you can help it.

Hi, thanks for the support. I managed to get through without falling off… I live in Seychelles there are NO meetings or AA support groups and its taboo here to admit that you have a drinking problem let alone me being a woman.
The online support is my only go to and again thanks.

Well done Marie :facepunch:
It will become a bit easier day by day. When I’m having a hard time I come here as well to vent.
TS is my AA and it works wonders for me.
Almost 6 years sober now and so you can do that too. Just push trough day by day like you do now. Ever tried a recovery podcast ore book? I found them very helpful too.
If you are interested you will find them here:

See you around! :raising_hand_woman:

You can attend meetings online. Here’s a platform that has 70 AA meetings a week. I’m sure you can find a few that fit your schedule and time zone. People on that platform are extremely supportive and offer their services as sponsors. You don’t have to do this alone.
