Last drink was a year ago

Just wanted to post this as it feels like quite an achievement for me.
Last year I was binge drinking 3- 4 times per week and my mental and physical health were in a terrible state.
Im so glad I made the decision to stop drinking alcohol - the best thing I’ve ever done!
Thanks to all those here that offered support when I reached out.
Here’s to hopefully staying sober for another year .

Congratulations! What a huge milestone! Thats the one i have my eyes set on. Then hopefully many more after. Great job on getting there. I know its not easy. Be proud of yourself
