I want to read this one having to with breathing techniques and yoga and other jazz. Gabor Maté said it’s the best book about recovery that he’s read:
“Recovery 2.0 - Move Beyond addiction and Upgrade your Life” by Tommy Rosen

Some great, some I couldn’t relate to but I love reading in general so anything I can get my hands on is great

At the beginning of my journey I knew I needed a 12 step program but I was unsure which route to take. I attended as many different meetings as I could and found my home in NA. I still attend regular AA meetings because… why not? The more fellowship and people I can surround myself with that have the same mindset as I do the better.

I just received my first book about addictions, I don’t know why I waited so long to read about it.
‘Scattered minds’ by Máté Gábor, pretty good so far.
