It was meant to celebrate classic mental reboot, which is said to happen after 90 days of total sexual abstinence.

That’s a great idea! I was watching The Biggest Loser last night and the contestants had done video messages to themselves at the start of their journeys…it was nice to see.
I saw that too and thought, what a great way to see the progress. Love that show.
