I started when i was 13. My last substance i quit was the weed 700days ago today.

I was actively using and obbsessed for 21 years. I call the weed the backstabber of substances

I quit weed 30 days ago @Tylerclark so I can relate. So many times in the past I would put it down for long stretches and then pick it up again. I am doing more work this time around with a goal of never picking up again. There are many people on here that are quitting weed so you have a good community. You will need more than that in my opinion though. Such as ways to distract your mind when you are craving. The mood swings are the hardest part in the beginning FOR SURE. And the relief that would come from giving in is brief. Then comes the guilt. For me, it took about 4 days to start to feel my mood level out. And now at Day 31 it is amazing how different I feel. Hang in there it is so worth it.
