I just wanted to say im thankful for everyday, I am free and Clean.
To live is to love
And to love us to live.
Going backwards:point_left: it was a tough few years I hot rock bottom and just wanted to Die. 
GOING FORWARD 
Im breathing, tasting and feeling life like it should be.
I HOPE BY THE GRACE OF GOD I STAY IN this mode I understsnd there might be hard times but using does not make it go away. I distract my mind with positive yools in order for the pollutants in my mond by whatrver orivokes them csn subside with God, Good and reflecting on my progress and,remember where i was because of using. .
I pray for anyone deep on the pit , believe,climb, get out and stay there.
