Looking for a Period app that doesnt bring up sex constantly

So I usually track my periods with paper and pen, but I’ve been wanting to track all my symptoms at once, and that’s hard to do on paper.

My sister reccomended I use and app called Flo, but every page is absolutely covered in information and tips on sex and masturbation.

Does anyone know any alternatives that will let you track all the physical and emotional syptoms but not shove the rest of it in my face?

I’ve been using Clue for over 10 years. It’s pretty simplistic and lets you choose what you want to track every day. They constantly push subscribing and paying in your face, but that’s the only thing that’s annoying. Welcome

I also use it and find it good and sufficient in the free version.

Welcome @Littleturtle
I don’t use any period apps, so don’t have advice for you but did want to welcome you to the forum. Maybe you’ll feel comfortable in time to share more about yourself and your sobriety journey.

In the meantime, here’s a thread you may find helpful.

I’ve had this one. It has the option to add if intimate, but it’s nothing “in your face”

I was using Period Calendar Period Tracker app - Image is of a white flower on a pink diary.

I think it had a spot for sexual activity but you had a choice to ignore it as I did and since I did not have anything in it I did not see it after I downloaded the app. I have not used the app since I got my new phone last year but I do remember it being simple and easy to use.

I use one called "my calendar’ and I’ve just double checked it, there’s no sex stuff or anything too invasive. It does annoyingly estimate my fertile days and there’s a forum I’ve never opened, but that’s about it. I didn’t even make an account to use it.
