Maybe go to a meeting get one thee someone who has been on the program for a while pref same sex wish you well , i sponsor a few guys but face to face .
Hey Gen,hate to hear that for you. Try not to get down on yourself. You’ve read here, know how it goes. It’s not that you fell,it’s what you do now. You need to get back up,take what you have learned and get started. If you give up,then what you have done is wasted,as long as you are trying that time is very valuable to you.
