Lustful thoughts, urges. Continuous thoughts of sex inmy mind all day. Even at night at 2:56 rightnow i cant sleep. Never knew being virgin can be so tough. Why i cant control my thoughts, urges 
Have you tried any type of recovery program for your lust addiction? SA (sexaholics anonymous) deals specifically with lust. They consider lust as the drug just as AA uses alcohol. It is a tough road to travel, but there are many, many people on the same path as you.
You may not be able to control your thoughts and urges, but you can control what you do with them. It has been said “you cannot think your way into better actions, you must act your way into better thinking.”
Change your actions and your mind will follow. There are many people here dealing with the same problem, and many threads already discussing them. Use the search icon to look up key words.

Thanks mate, no i had not taken any recovery program at any point of my life but i did nofap challange and i reached day 102.
Yes, its true as you said about lust. Where attention goes energy flows. I make mistake by giving attention to urges and giving it more energy. Thats nice to know that im not the only one dealing with this problem.
