Today has been 5 days since I have watched porn or masterbated. I am thankful for this app as it has helped me out alot. I am also thankful for God getting me through these last few days. I am having some trouble with my anger. This is a challenge for me because as I put in my last post this causes relapses for me. So far though I have fought through it.

I have several hobbies that I can do no matter how I feel. You’re going to do something when you’re angry. So choose to do something constructive.

I have started coloring.
Coloring is great! You can add more hobbies in case you get bored like I do or just get tired of sitting. You can post a pic of your coloring if you want. That would be cool.

At least it works sometimes. I wonder what else would work. Is there anything you’d like to try? You need a complete toolbox so you’re prepared for anything.
I’m actually having trouble finding other hobbies that I would enjoy.
What have you tried before that you didn’t like? Have you looked on YouTube for ideas? There is so much there.
I haven’t looked at YouTube. One thing I dont really like doing is drawing. I do like watching TV and listening to music
