I recently started taking magnesium because I read it helps with sleep, and I don’t know if its a coincidence, but it seems to help with cravings. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Magnesium spray is best, as the best way to get it is through the skin, apparently.

I take magnesium for sleep, L-glutamine for sugar cravings, niacinamide (b-3) for skin cancer protection. But these vitamins have a ton of other added benefits
