Just finished my first day of semen retention I had many urges and temptions to make today my “last day” or “start tomorrow” as well as my girl walking around with her booty out with panties on through out the house. I really don’t have much to do right now because I don’t start work till the 26th of September but I must stay busy and remind myself the consequences of failing, ejaculating is always going to be apart of my body. I can ejaculate and have sex till my hotdog falls off when I’m 40 but right now I must do this for my future self or I will find myself 2 years later with regret and the same sore hot dog and the same bad habits since high-school its now or never.
