You’ve come to a great place for support. I would suggest putting your phone on grayscale, and putting the adult website blocker on. Even just having to enter a long password to get past the filter will give someone a reality check before wasting time on porn.
If you have any porn files on your computer: delete them all without a second thought.
If you follow any “hot” people on social media, I would unfollow them unless they actually do something of value for you beyond their looks. It’s a pointless trigger looking at attractive people that are just pixels on a screen.
For me, having a daily counter made a huge difference in my motivation to stick with it, and I noticed big differences passing 2 weeks, 60 days, and 90 days.
I went through this getting rid of a long term (15ish years) porn habit about 11 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Good luck, and stick with it.

In the beginning of my recovery I got rid of my smartphone and got a flip phone. For my computer, I set up the program EverAccountable and linked it to a recovery mentor who got a daily report about me. I found that helped.

Masturbation and porn addiction - addiction in the sense that you go back even when you have said you wouldn’t (which is more than just a “bad habit”; addiction is deeper and more complex than that) - is not about the sex. It’s about feeding lust: this intense, endless, hollow feeling of wanting more. It eats up your energy and time and it leaves you empty, without heart or spirit to connect with your loved ones or yourself.

I visited a sex addiction recovery clinic in my city, which helped, and I also joined a Sexaholics Anonymous group. It has been a multi-year journey and I am grateful for it.

Good advices here!
The book “Your brain on porn”, as “Dopamine nation” for my general addiction problem, was a game changer for me. If you 're like me, and need to understand the “why” and how these things work on your brain, these may help
