Completed the same ten min. guided chakra medi that I have attempted a few times now. Mainly successful tonight was able to bring myself back gently when I wandered.

Ten minutes breathing before sleep last night
Upped the game to 40 min in the Burmese position. The body could handle it. Bit of endurance for the mind, started a second round of body scan.
The coffee buzz helped considerably

6am Meditation complete
Woke up early and couldn’t sleep. Decided to meditate without any interruptions. Challenged myself with a 20 min guided meditation which had 3 min of silence (im trying to learn how to do unguided meditations). It was calming but I think I pushed myself too far with 20 min. It was a bit much. Anyway, have a real peaceful day everyone!
