Morning Meditation
A 20 min guided meditation with a 6 min span of silence. Today was tough to be honest. I managed 5 min of silence the other day but 6 was alot lol I was also tired as Iβm doing this at 6am. I really had to work at being alert yet relaxed. Not relaxed and ready to sleep lol

I did 1 hour Yin Yoga class last night. Each posture was held for 4 mins during those 4 mins I was able to stay present for about 4 of the postures. It was difficult doing it at home with my child playing video games on voice chat with her friends but at least I tried!!!

I came out of it quite well and rested.
Missed the afternoon medi today but I got 40 min on the cushion this mornin, body scan. Back is in some aching issues today
Gruelling 40 min on the cushion today, maybe the day will be easier
My practice has gotten inconsistent and short. Managing to get two or three minutes, pretty much daily, sitting quiet.

Nose was stuffed up this morning grrri prefer breathing thru my nose and it annoys me when I canβt. But still felt amazing!
