Did a 20 min chakra balancing medi before yoga yesterday while waiting in my car. Good shit!!! I felt amazing afterwards.
Straight to sleep last night no medi as I was up at 4 yesterday morning.
Saved my ass before gratitude post last 2 mornings so I could my mind.
Just don’t know why it’s brought tears to my eyes each time. 7 minute Fucking life saver.

I know so many people. Me included. Or I use too. Just can’t clear their mind and tune out what’s going on. And then we, Or I, use to get frustrated. I can’t do it. This one really help me today. And I didn’t really even “need” a medi . That’s why I like Richard so much. It’s kinda like acknowledge and accept what’s going on around you and your body. Keep breathing.
Suggestion if you’re willing and interested, since it’s “your thread.” Add “And Discussion” for the title. I think tips like this could be helpful. And I feel meditation is so vital in my recovery. Jus a thought.
