An event is typically called a “sound bath” and you can find them listed in you r community events on Facebook. I remember the first time I attended one it shifted something in my body and mind that I never forgot. I hope you find a pull too. 
When my youngest son moved out I sort of claimed his room and made it into an atelier.
Yesterday I added a spot to meditate too, very pleased to have my own space for that too!

Thanks for sharing, I know someone that knows someone who’s sleeping like shit lately. 
It really opens my mind. I didn’t want to listen to it because of the “religious thing.” But I love this lady and i once again realized listening to this has nothing to do with religion if it gives you strength and hope and healing.
