Thank you for the suggestion! I will do this one today
Did this meditation just now. Loved the background chants/music also! I have been experiencing alot of fears lately and she covered this when she spoke about courage and letting go of those fears. Great meditation!! Thank u for the recommendation
Hi friends, Picnic in the park at lunchtime with the odd passersby. That used to be me cycling to the moon nd back !! Good grief Charlie Brown
Now I ride the craves too, Peace be with you
Oooo will have to try this one
I have been doing lots of walking Mantras. But not necessarily meditations. Gonna try this one now with the lovely chanting throughout the background.
This was good.
I do wish when they do that the chanting as a bit louder. I got one called Hope like that. Wish the chant was louder. Thanks.
I dont know about you guys but somedays I am on that app allllll day just trying to make it through. I was looking at my stats and the most meditations I have done in a day is 15. Yeah, somedays are hard.
Walking meditations are a beautiful way of connecting, they are one of the first type of meditations I did. Movement helped me stay mindful, anything that can grab ahold of one of my senses is helpful for me and my adhd brain. When I did walking meditations I would go so slowly and literally try to feel every bone as it touched the earth, every muscle as it tensed and relaxed, every joint as it moved. We have a beautiful back wooded area so that is where I would practice those meditations, I am sure I looked strange.
Congrats on your 100th day on the app Billy.
And Eric, the chanting will get louder if you raise your voice.
Woooohooo, congrats my friend on your 101 and thats a great run with consecutive days!
Anyone fancy signing up for this one with me? I’m such a negative nancy sometimes, this might be what I need to get… less negative.
Oh I like him. Maybe check that one out.
I thought this appropriate for me today.
All signs point to surrender.
How many times does one have to surrender.
Til we’re dead and have no more feelings. Just saying.
So I did it last night before bed. For a few minutes I saw endless waves of yellow. And then it put me Right out
Thought I’d start my day with it this morning and it was lovely. It’s an interesting chant. Kind of ends on a high note. I felt like I was floating. No yellow. Then it finished up with Alice tucked under my chin I was in my recliner and I couldn’t move. And it brought me down gently.
Om Chandraya Namaha
I’m trying to learn this one.
So, I too had it on last night @Soberbilly
I really want to learn this one. Once again it put me right out.
So I did Om Chandraya Namaha again first thing this morning after my chores. For some reason I want to learn this one so I can call it up when I want. Like the others I’ve learned. But I’m struggling with it.
Om Chandraya Namaha
That’s why I’m writing it out.
I feel the others I’ve learned have a beginning and an end. Like Om Mani Padme Hum. Then repeat. Same with the Green Tara one. And they work great for me. They don’t leave me hanging.
But Om Chandraya Namaha seems more spiritual. Like I’m throwing it up in the universe and it stays up there and then I throw it up there again. I love Nadav. The music. Etc……
Not even sure why I want to learn this one or force myself to get it. I got a good arsenal of Mantras.
Thanks for the yellow thingy @Its_me_Stella haven’t read it all yet. Got it book marked.
Just putting my thoughts out here. Maybe I’m searching for that “Spiritual,” thing. When I do that, sometimes my long time forced religious beliefs get in the way. You must be able to relate to that Billy.
Om Chandraya Namaha.
Hell, even predictive text has caught on but I’m not using it
Hahah.
Maybe write it out phonetic or so you see it in syllables? That has helped me remember ones I find more difficult.
Keep listening, your brain will absorb it before you can memorize it and youll be chanting it in no time.
