Meditation ...what works for you?

I am interested in hearing others forms of meditation as I try to discover what works for me. Thanks in advance!

I use the Calm app. I started on the 7 days of Calm and then bought the subscription, found it helpful to have all the content there in a structured way.

There is lots of free content out there though, I’ve not tried them but seen this thread with some YouTube links:

Insight Timer is a great free app with guided meditations on different topics (sleep, anxiety, etc) or you can just use the timer and meditate to a background noise like rain or water, or in silence. :expressionless:

I enjoy meditating in groups in silence. It feels powerful and bonding.

I use the Wake Up ap. It has made a difference for sure. I have been doing it since November.
