The first cook at Magnolia Cafe got to create and name the omelette special on Sunday brunch.
I’ll never forget Bunny, one of our many hippie stoner cooks, who came up with the
“Mother and Child Reunion Omelette” 
He wrote it on the specials board. It’s was kind of a hard sell with the after church brunch crowd 
i know it had chicken in it but I don’t remember anything else about that day except laughing all day about his special. And saying “we can’t do that”
