I mean no offence to my amazing meme folks… love them all. But honestly the coffee stuff feels derailing. It’s more of a separate thread or private message between the few who post that it’s intended for.
I used to be obsessed with this thread for my sanity, and looked forward to it daily to pick me up, but I’ve stopped posting/visiting for quite some time as I found it so clogged with coffee greetings (which I feel are different than memes intended for laughs) You see 100 new posts and half are coffee/back & forth between a few.
I’ve actually given this a lot of thought of late because I know for sure there will be a deluge of coffee/caffeine memes in the morning so I can do a few hard scrolls and get past them, but there are some days they start up again and keep going and I can’t predict them so I just leave the thread. I want my fellow peeps to be able to have their fun, but I also don’t want to read messages that tell me how great caffeine is, how good it feels to have shots of caffeine, and that I need it to function.
We are an addiction forum, so my reasoning should not need deeper explanation.
So, I’ve tried to think, “How can everyone win?”. I’d like to suggest maybe we do start up a coffee appreciate thread, and perhaps those who enjoy the coffee memes can post one or two particularly funny coffee memes in here each morning, then put the rest in the coffee appreciation thread. I love the fun-loving spirit between our coffee ‘meme’ loving peeps (and of course I love our peeps too 
) and I feel like we can create a solution for everyone.
