My friend posted this and I thought it was important share. Many who are struggling for help cannot get access to it. Being kind and non judgmental costs nothing and could make such a massive difference in someone’s day and mental health. I lost a friend because she was struggling with her mental health and wasn’t able to find help. Reach out if you need help. I’m always here if anyone needs to talk

I like to use a (mental picture of a) graph like this as a reminder as to who and what I’m talking with and to when I’m in a discussion. Replace writer and writing with speaker and speaking. Helps me staying calm and in control of my thoughts. Something that I never could when I was drinking BTW.

So I wanted to share a picture one of the clients that heard my story a couple of weeks ago drew for me. He said the swords are the pain that’s pierced my heart in the past but the flowers represent that my heart is healing and growing more beautiful. The blue flowers that are surrounding my heart represent all the men that heard my story that night surrounding me with love and represents serenity. Wow I was amazed. Look closely if you can, there’s so much detail in the picture. Definitely going to get it framed. Love you guys!!!
