Ah thanks that is super helpful - I’ve been using a feelings wheel to help with some activities for CBT but it doesn’t go into it like that. I keep writing tired but it’s not quite the same and it gets confusing talking about tired as a mood and tired re sleep!

Haven’t looked this condition up there, but The Mighty is an online forum with lots of different health/ mental health support groups. Both for the person with the illness and the people around them.
