I love this thread! No one ever suspects I am a closet head banger. Love Korn, Amy Lee with Jonathan Davis…“Freak on a Leash” is how I feel at times. Of course, Metallica. I used them to calm kid number four when she was a baby strapped in the car seat. And Metallica’s “King Nothing” with fairytale references. Anyone fan of Five Finger Death Punch "Wash it all away " is how I feel at times. Just a few of my favorites. Anyone remember Black Flag from the 80s? Day 7 for me. Listening to my playlist I call “Rage” is a great motivator to get out and walk. I hope I can keep it up.

Man. Music has such a great way of bringing me out of my destructive thinking. I have been so stressed lately and at the end of the day I throw on some metal while I shower and it blasts the negative thoughts right out of my head. Yesterday I think my Pandora was reading my mind lol. First it played me this gem. Which reminds me of saying “fuck you” to California - when I left an abusive relationship and a toxic environment to start my life fresh. "If that’s the way it’s gunna be then I’ll fucking go it alone!"
