Hi there! According to Meyers-Briggs, I am an ENTP. Apparently, I’m pretty rare, only 3% of the population is like me. After reading the ENTP description, I say it describes me to a T.
If you’ve taken the Meyers-Briggs personality test, what are you and do you agree with the assessment?
I am currently an ISFJ. Over the years I have been an ENFJ, INFP and ENTP. I took my first Myers Briggs back in the early 1980s…and have taken the test several times over the years. I am definitely much more introverted than I used to be.
Another personality classification method. Without getting into it, it’s got better science behind it than Myers-Briggs, but not as widely known. I mean, both are fun, and that’s really all I use them for anyways.
Huh, I thought it was the test I took before, but this one was a lot shorter. There’s many tests that score the Big 5 traits, of varying quality, but since it’s the same traits, it’s the same basic idea.
Ha, my results don’t surprise me at all, given the trait descriptions.
Basic summary of traits:
Individuals who score high on Extroversion are outgoing and social. Individuals who score low tend to be shut ins.
Emotional Stability is often referred to by other names, inverted, such as Neruoticism or Negative Emotionality
A person high in Agreeableness is friendly and optimistic. Low scorers are critical and aggressive.
Individuals who score high on Conscientiousness are careful and diligent. Low scorers are impulsive and disorganized.
Intellect/Imagination is also often called Openness to Experience. People who score low tend to be traditional and conventional.
Given your predisposition towards the test, I find it ironic that your arbitrary strategy ranked at the 0th percentile for the Openness to Experience trait
From my 5 second overview, the results are just comparing your results to a data set, and since its on the internet the data set is likely not good. Idk… internet?
