Milestone to recovery

Happy to say i have effectively made some major changes that have led to getting better and curing my binge drinking

  1. Cutting out negative people from my life
  2. Being totally honest that i have a problem
  3. Working on my health
  4. Taking this process slow and being honest with my goals along the way
  5. Not depending on the weekend for fun and creating a comfortable happy home environment

Share what has helped you stay on your goal and share any suggestions

*Clearing negative, toxic, and manipulative people from my life. No room for anyone that sucks the life out of me, makes me cringe, or disrespects my boundaries.
*Taking time out each day for “me time” to meditate, read, reflect. It balances me out and helps me focus on what I need to work on or to recharge.
*Nutritious food, vitamins, exercise, sunshine
*AA
*Accountability and friendship with sober friends
*Filling my free time with what serves my greater good (hobbies, learning, healthy enjoyment, quality relationships, living my truth)
*Sober thinking and actions by living with honesty, integrity, effort, and a positive attitude/perception
