Jul. 17th mind blowing random thought of the day: The country of Iceland is considered to be so safe that parents routinely leave their babies alone to nap outside in their strollers while they run errands.

Is the way you experience the color red, the same I experience the color red. That is while the light has the same ‘red’ wavelength for both of us, does the experience of seeing the color red differ between us?

When I was a kid people did that in Sweden too.

This! My parents have an old sofa, I’ve always seen it as green but everyone else sees it as yellow.

I see, that is interesting. I’m not colorblind but I do have some trouble with green/yellow apparently and a lot of times with blue/green. Probably because those colors goes in eachother a lot.

My boys can’t see the difference between pink, purple and red, probably because of the same cause.
