Morning ladies… hope u both feeling better x depression is hell … i totally get it … just keep enjoying the good moment’s in yiur day x
It’s for sure a roller coaster in the beginning, but when you get off the ride you get a funny picture of you on the ride and you get to laugh.
Just breathe and know that this too shall pass. Surround yourself with support, and sober people and you’ll be ahead of the curve.
