Good good, life is quite positive and I’ve been allowing it to be so rather than resist and cause problems!..there’s more of a flow… more of a rythm, so long as I keep my thoughts in check and connect to HP. I’m intentionally trying to connect with HP daily… Alltimes of day, sometimes I’m in it, sometimes I’m not but I’m learning to recognize when I’m not in contact…

That is so great to hear. I do the same. I know when I am not in contact. I start to take my will back and it is like swimming up stream. I try to be grateful even in the middle of a storm. I change my wording. I don’t have to do anything instead I say I get to do it. I don’t go through things I grow through them. It reminds me that everyday is a gift. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Good morning everyone. Today I am blessed to be able to celebrate my 44th birthday. Thank you to all of you that helped keep sober so that I can remember my birthdays today. I get to see the blessings in my life and they just keep getting better. I pray that you all stay safe and sober.
