That’s awesome, anymore? Doing headspace,was hoping for recovery as an option, but had to settle for anxiety.
I use the Calm app - I find the meditations for concentration and focus quite helpful. Don’t know if there is similar on Headspace? Good for just looking at one thing at a time and being more present generally.
This morning’s Daily Calm on inner work - focusing on yourself and how you deal with things, not just striving for external achievements.
Turn off your phone, wander through the woods and notice what’s around you. The sights, smells, sounds and sensations. Slow down and be present.
