Every morning at 7am for the past two weeks I have arrived at the trails and done a morning hike and that has been the best form of meditation for me … I have never been able to clear my head and clear my thoughts so meditating is difficult for me but I think this is a great introduction to meditating… I take my journal and write and then sit and listen with my eyes closed and just relax and take in every thought and let it go, use all my senses but sight to see my environmen, to feel it. I have a lot of work to do but I will continue to work on myself. Starting my day this way has CHANGED my mindset so drastically and so quickly. I am beyond grateful there is a community on this app that has support in every kind of way. Please please give me any advice on meditation, mindfulness, clarity …anything. All advice is welcome and appreciated. :heart:
