Sometimes life feels like a sprint, we try and do so much. Eventually this fast pace can lead to stress. Be like the tortoise, not the hare. Act deliberately and within your limits. It’s not about crossing the finish line first but making the most of every step along the journey.

When we are meditating we can learn to recognise our thoughts. We can choose to not let them consume us (i.e. we don’t have to let the birds nest in our hair!).
