It was quite a different movie for me. Acting of course was great. Not much or any excitement but there isn’t suppose to be. Learned a bit about Nomads in America I guess. Definitely worth a watch. Could be a bit depressing here and there. Definitely living one day at a time. Good movie and really good acting.

Old but I love it, the actor and everything. The translated title is maybe a bit misleading as the original is: Vincent will Meer. (mehr = more) but it is about going to the sea of Vincent (Tourette) and an anorectic and one with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Calling it a “movie” is a bit of a stretch as it’s a filming of an off-Broadway show, but if you have Hulu check out Derek DelGaudio’s In and Of Itself.
Amazing.
Yeah. I found it profoundly sad at times. But it was excellent.
And the acting was so good because many of those on screen were the real nomads. They knew the feels. But they delivered it all so well!
It’s out in Germany in April in closed Cinémas here. So won’t be available before Summer here 
Can’t go wrong with a Tom Hanks movie. It was pretty good. Helena Zengel did a great job. I hope to see her again.
Finally saw Parasite the other night. Strange film. But it was indeed really well done.
Now that I’ve finally seen last years best picture winner I need to see some of this years nominees. I’ve seen Nomadland only so far.
It was a good movie. But imo. Not Oscar award winning. I would have gone with Jo Jo Rabbit or Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. But no one asked me.
My wife and I are the same we got to squeeze in all the Oscar nominated movies before the oscars. And all we seen is Nomadland too. I haven’t heard of any of the others. Should be fun next few weeks before we get out of social isolation here.

Thought this was really good.
Watched Boyhood last night. Moved me on many levels. Never seen anything like it before which is logical if you see how it was done. Made me yearn for Texas too.
Followed your recommendation and am watching it. Really nervous about the step dad. Think I already watched it but don’t remember it
