Canāt remember ever watching a John Ritter movie. I only remember him from 3ās company and he died so young.
Iāve done it⦠I gave into the craze!
Itās 4 out of 5 starfish from me ![]()

I wasnāt quite sure what to expect, but apart from the obvious teen craze for catchy k-pop songs, colourful manga hairstyles everywhere and typical girl friendship and maybe boy crushes, the animation is fun and detailed, the characters well portrayed and the overall story is heartfelt, leaning into self esteem, self acceptance and the pressure of being perfect.
Will watch again.

Wow ![]()
Canāt believe that was Billy Bob Thornton and John Ritter.
Hard to find though. Itās only on Red Coral Universe. Never heard of it before. Itās a free movie app, but it has commercials.
Enjoyed this one more than I expected to.
Well done.
Quite interesting.
Except for that darn button I didnāt see the comedic side. But I enjoyed it a lot.
Ta
Yeah same, amusing rather than comedy⦠That wry kind. And was it an American movie but based in Switzerland/Austria? It was fairly strange wasnāt it?!
But overall I really liked it. A slightly surreal, āHome Aloneā caper. But also touching somehow.
Got this one off your list @bluekoolaid_88
I barely remember watching it a long time ago. I barely remember watching anything a long time ago
I love PSH
Edit @bluekoolaid_88 The Master might be next on my list. Never seen that one.
Thanks for your list.
Before the devil knows your dead is awesome. I love Philip Seymour Hoffman. I definitely suggest the master. Iāve watched it two times and definitely could watch it again. Itās loosely based off the guy who started Scientology Iām pretty sure ⦠And Joaquin Phoenix character does a really good job playing an alcoholic in my opinion. Itās just one of those movies that you know right away itās going to be good. I think thatās pretty cool youāre getting movies from that list Iām glad someoneās benefiting from it
***Sort of spoiler alert for the devil movieā¦.
Ps: Before the Devil knows youāre dead is a perfect example Of how things can go wrong Like seriously wrong even if you think you have everything planned out
About 30 minutes into this movie this is really good! I highly recommend this unless youāre sensitive to violent type scenes or anything gruesome⦠I feel like Iāve possibly seen parts of this in the past but not the whole movie but maybe I have. Iāve said it before but one of the interesting things about being a recovering alcoholic and drug addict is that I can watch the majority of things again and like itās for the first time..
Starring ..Jake Gyllenhaal and Robert Downey Jr.
Watching on Tubi.. Which is free and actually has a lot of great movies. Iāve actually deleted the majority of my movie streaming services and now Only watch movies on Tubi ā¦Unless I get DVDs at the thrift store
About to watch Scarface I think. Has anybody on here seen that movie? Iām not sure if this is normal but sometimes I get overwhelmed with all of the possibilities with movies and itās hard to pick one.. But supposedly this is a classic and Iām surprised I have not seen it
On Tubi
I thought about watching Goodfellas but Iāve seen that movie like three times
If anybody has any recommendations on Tubi please let me know! Currently thatās the only movie streaming service I have and I actually like it it has a lot of good stuff and it has live TV/ sports
I havenāt seen whatās available on Tubi so no recommendations as of yet but YES to Scarface! You will totally enjoy it.
Saw the new movie āCaught Stealingā in theaters, it was pretty good, but itās about alcoholism to an extent, and shows a scene of people using coke, so it could be triggering to some of yall. But I found it was a good reminder of why Iām sober and such ![]()
OK cool Iām definitely going to continue watching it. Iām about 20 minutes in.. But Iām still going to pretty much hang out here tonight and occasionally go back to the movie. I probably can watch another one when Iām done but Iām just not sure what. I am off tomorrow and donāt have anything going on until 1 oāclock
I see the Truman show is on there with Jim Carrey maybe Iāll watch that after Scarface
Oh that looks really good⦠looking forward to watching it soon
I love Steve Buscemi.
It was interesting, entertaining, not great. But fun to watch. And that lady from Severence is in it.
Now that youāre a cat dad @bluekoolaid_88
I thought you might like this movie.
A Street Cat Named Bob
The story centers on the unlikely friendship between James, a recovering addict, and Bob, the cat who becomes his constant companion and ultimately helps him find a new direction in life.
Oh I love that movie!
I cried⦠in a good way
