My 10 Day Running Challenge/ Push-up Challenge 🏃

I’m keeping up on it so far! 100 push-ups, in anywhere from 2-4 sets every day in February so far. Sunday I forgot my second set and only did 60. No rest days. I’m trying to amplify my motivation for race training to start in April.

@Runningfree I will join the burpee challenge on day 17. So I have a challenge till the end of February. I see I start on 40 burpees, let’s see how that works out… :upside_down_face: :hot_face: :sweat_smile:
How are you doing with the burpee challenge? Easy? And you also keep running during the challenge?

@SinceIAwoke I think will start in march with a push-up challenge again. Maybe I will do 3x30 a day with no resting days. I like doing push-ups and the result is astonishing… In de beginning I could barley do 40 and now I do easily 2x40. 100 a day is amazing. You are doing a great job! :muscle:

I’m doing ok at it. Missed a day the other day so I’m behind but still getting them in. They only take a few minutes out of the day so just doing them in addition to whatever workout I’m doing that day :blush:
