Hi everyone. tomorrow the 8th is my birthday. I’m struggling with it because I’m not in the best headspace. I have so much love and support but somehow I’m having hard time. I got through today with 0 self harming!!! That’s called PROGRESS. but anyways I hope my birthday goes well!
