I have reached my 30 days. In total I’m at 31 days. No cravings so far and no triggers. Just waiting for my energy to come back. I’m happy for all the people who replied to my posts and congratulations! Keep going it only gets easier! Don’t settle for that lifestyle it is not worth it!
