I lost my grandma which was like my mom a few months ago. Do to covid. And drank drank drank. And then I quit only 3 days ago. I feel like shit. It was like putting a bandaid on and ripping it off. I hurt more now than I did. Pls deal with it while your sober its easier than dealing with it when your withdrawling
